Record’s traits All vinyl records NFTs will be one-of-a-kind due to their distinct traits. These traits can either be visual, audible or determine performance: Visual/audible 1. Record’s sticker – The paper circle in the middle of a vinyl record, which is sometimes referred to as a sticker can vary for each NFT. This to make the NFT’s art more unique. 2. Record’s glow – To make the record stand out even more, there will be a glow behind it. The color of the glow varies on random and can be customized after reaching level 5. 3. Record’s genre – A record will have a specific genre of music that it will play. A vinyl record can only be equipped with one specific genre of music. Note: all visual or audible traits can be changed by paying a small fee in $dancen or $DST. Performance 1. The rarity of the record - There will be four different rarities (common, uncommon, rare, legendary) of vinyl records available. The rarer the NFT, the more tokens it will earn each minute. More info can be found down below. 2. The record’s level – The user can level up the record, just by playing it on the turntable. The higher the record’s level, the higher the amount of tokens the user will receive. Once the records’ has reached level MAX then the user can choose to stay earning $DST, or switch to earn $dancen. More info can be found down below. 3. The durability of the record - A vinyl record will be durable for a limited duration as it will overheat and require a cooldown period. After this period has passed, the record’s durability will be restored, and it will be ready for use again.

Record’s Rarity and level (Earnings) The records come in four different rarities. The rarer the record, the more $DST/$dancen tokens it will earn. This can be paired with the record’s level, which will increase the number of tokens gained even more.

Leveling up After the vinyl record has been played two times for the period of the durability, it will level up. That is, if you play a total of 2 hours at level 1, you will be promoted to level 2. Leveling up your record will be impossible after you reach the maximum level, however you will receive a 30% discount on a guaranteed rarer record. Furthermore, there will be some extra milestones once you hit certain levels which will give the following rewards:

Level 8	Album Cover image
Level MAX	30% discount on guaranteed rarer NFT (Note: rarer than legendary is impossible.)

Co-branded Records Dancen will partner with artists to promote their songs or albums. These Vinyl Record NFT’s will be exclusively available on the dancen marketplace or be used for giveaways. Please keep in mind that dancen is currently in the Public Beta Phase, so the contents of the Whitepaper may change in the future.
